Forest Wool is a validation/early-stage price-winning startup based in Rotterdam. We develop innovative textile fiber products(yarn/textiles) made of pine needle slash waste from the timber industry. Now we are in need of some brilliant & strategic entrepreneurial-minded fashion-lovers who support the further company growth. Help us with effective business development; start-up validation & market analysis, financial plan, marketing strategy. Lastly, we are still in search of more team members or suited co-founder(s)...

Whom we are searching for:

• M/F Ideally Randstad based

• Final year or graduating BA/MA student with a degree in entrepreneurship, business development, or supply chain

• A passionate, driven entrepreneurial-minded person with sustainability in his/her DNA

• Interested in technology, materials, and fashion

• Likes to work independently but is also a real team player

• Can maintain an overview of their own research and can work according to plan.

• Takes initiative and likes to take responsibility.

• Is flexible and picks things up quickly

• Learns by doing and has a hands-on attitude

Expectations:

• Get your hands dirty on growing a kick-ass start-up

• Work alongside the founder and learn all about business development; financial plan, market analysis, supply chain development, fundraising & product development

• Potential equity / co-founder option

• Treats and drinks to make life more enjoyable!

• Both working remotely and with the team from the centre of Rotterdam

• Being part of a fashion-changing initiative to make the world a little bit better... piece by piece... pine needle by pine needle!
